Sick & I need sleeping pills!

My cough was so bad that i hurts whenever i cough. It's so bad that i can't get myself to sleep.
Slept at 5plus ytd and woke up at 7plus. Power right! :(
Morever, i can't find anything to do online! Tell me what to do, anyone?
Argh! What a tragic life.
